Here at Hybrid Training Solutions, We have developed a well balanced approach, where we are able to approach any client and create a completely custom and unique program designed to help them reach their needs and goals. It’s always been important to us to accumulate and build a well balanced approach, so we are able to attack the 5 main areas of fitness. Muscle building, Weight loss, Sports conditioning, Rehabilitation but most importantly Motivation. Being able to offer programming from all of these areas puts HTS and its systems at the forefront of being able to help clients with any and all of their fitness needs.

HTS has been built on over fifteen years of experience, across seven different companies and created from a multitude of different niches. From curing chronic pain, correcting postural issues, losing weight, building muscle or just living a healthier life, there is a specific avenue that we can take to get you there and keep you there.

Growing up I was always the skinny kid (155lbs). Seeing all the “in-shape” and muscular movie stars of my childhood, made me picture a future body that everyone, (including my family) constantly told me was not achievable for me or even possible. In fact, one of the biggest negative impacts on my pursuit came from a teacher of mine when I was in high school. I was attending a fitness and health class and I was presenting a project on different body types. My teacher during my presentation, decided to take over and contradicted my entire project. He explained that body types are something we are born with and can’t change. All of my research for that project told me he was wrong and all my experience and success to date has told me that conclusion was right.

So I spent the next 3 years of my life in the gym trying to learn from everyone I could. At the end of the 3 years not seeing anything close to the results I was wishing for, I made a last ditch attempt and hired a professional bodybuilder to help me. Now a lot of people said the same thing to me when I did this. They all said and still say, “Why do you need a pro bodybuilder to train you?” or my favourite “Why do you want to look like that?”. To which my answer was ,“If you want to take control of anything in your life and your looking for advice, isn’t it the smartest move to go to the most successful and accomplished person for that information? You find the person you know has come across all the issues you will face and clearly has all the information that you would need for success?”.

It never mattered whether or not I want to look like him. What mattered was the information he could give me to be able to take full control of shaping my body. By actual profession aren’t they the actual licensed professionals who have proven that? It’s your choice how to apply the information they can give you and to what degree you want apply it.

After my first month of training under his guidance, I had gained more weight and muscle then I had in the past 3 years and my fitness journey began. I fell in love with every aspect of my fitness and started to learn that not only is my vision possible, but with the correct knowledge I am actually succeeding fairly fast at it. Surpassing my goals without even noticing, I began spending the next 15 years learning and training. I started selling fitness equipment and quickly worked my way through almost every job you could in the fitness industry, from personal training, memberships sales to management. Now that brings me here today. I decided to create a business that caters to everyone and can provide them the blueprints to take control of their bodies.

AREAS OF PRACTICE


SPORTS CONDITIONING

Every sport has a different set of demands in order to safely achieve maximum performance. The most effective sport conditioning method is to continuously advance the programming by varying the volumes and intensities to target elements specific to individual and their sport. These needs can be broken down by time of season, training history, position, play time, and even play style. In order to see optimal benefits, dedication to following a continuing program is highly recommended.


HYPERTROPHY

Can’t seem to gain muscle or if you have lagging body parts that just refuse to grow? Hypertrophy training is the only way to correct this. No matter how you have trained, all the muscle growth you have has been obtained by utilizing hypertrophy. Whether you did this intentionally or unintentionally through reflex, this is the only way your muscles have experienced growth.


STRENGTH TRAINING

Looking to get as strong as possible? Maybe set some personal records or beat old ones? One of the most important things needed in building a strong body is to have all the supporting structure to be able to move and support everything we are building. I create strength training programs to build an all around powerful physique that you can use to set personal records, or just be the strongest version of yourself for your every day life.


WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

Are your looking to lose weight, gain weight or just burn fat? Which ever choice you go with, your going to need to optimize your training in conjunction with a correct diet. There are many ways to do this but I make sure we take control of the process to make sure that everything we lose is fat. We definitely do not want to sacrifice any of the muscle gains we have obtained.


FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Functional training helps us stabilize our bodies through our natural movements. Taking advantage of this style of training and building the corresponding strength and endurance keeps the body healthy and protective. It also keeps our bodies safe through movements and prevents unnecessary injuries.


IMBALANCE CORRECTION

Our everyday lives create situations that force us to move incorrectly and that’s where we create movement issues that bleed into other areas of our lives. Back pain is the most common version of this that most people have experienced at some point of their day-to-day. Fixing these imbalances will help the body move through its natural range of motion and slowly reduces pain. Have lagging body parts? Have some issues with full range of motion? Can’t seem to gain muscle in some areas or just have a body part that refuses to grow? There are tons of ways to address these issues. From proprioception (or kinaesthesia) to contraction training in order to open your body’s neural pathways, the goal is to make the body work as well as its strongest areas.


Motivation

One of the hardest things to do while on our path to our goals is staying consistent and motivated. That why I host a motivation seminar twice a week to help coach and keep my clients motivated in their pursuit of their goals. During these seminars we go over the most common issues that clients face, as well as a Q and A where I can address individual issues with the entire group, so everyone can see that we all have similar obstacles. Choosing to to look at them as such and not walls is how we formulate the plans to get past them.

How do I get started?

Its super simple. just click the get started button on the top of any of our pages and it will take you directly to our sign up page!

When will I be billed?

All billing takes place on the same day you signed up every month until you decide that you have reached your goals, and their is absolutly nothing more we can help you achieve.

What if I don't have or want a gym membership?

That’s perfectly fine! Not everyone likes that environment. We offer custom programs for commercial gyms and at home workouts. We ask that you specify which you intend to take advantage of before we create your program so we can make the necessary accommodations to your programming for at home training.

Can I cancel at any time?

Every service offered here is cancellable, other that the transformation challenge. You can cancel at anytime as long as its 5 business days before your next billing period. After that its outside of our billing control and you will be billed for your next monthly subscription charge. 

Can groups or couples train together?

Although we do encourage people to train with friends and family, this poses a problem with client specific programming. Everyone's body operates differently as well as has potential limitations, no matter how close in weight, strength or how similar their goals are. For this reason its important for everyone to have their own custom programming.
